About the room
Location, location, location! The property is located in a very desirable neighborhood, on the Huntington Beach Harbor, just two miles from the beach. Beautiful, custom design interiors, spacious, with a relaxing back patio and amenities, including a washer and dryer in the unit.
The private room for rent is located upstairs, secluded from the rest of the house, offering privacy, a private restroom with a full bath and shower, and a private balcony. The room offers ample natural lighting, a walk-in closet, hardwood flooring, and vaulted ceilings. The room is available as furnished. The shared townhome will include only one housemate (me) who will occupy the master bed/bath on the shared second floor.
Amenities in the gated community include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and clubhouse surrounded by gorgeous, serene landscaping. The location includes easy, on-site parking and a very relaxing setting.
Move-in includes a $500 security deposit plus the first and last month’s rent. It is a Month-to-month lease.
