We are renting out 1 private bedroom on the second floor of a three-story house in Stamford, CT.
On the second floor there are two other bedrooms, so three of you will be sharing a kitchen and one bathroom.
All utility bills are included in the rent.
Big grocery store 5 minutes walk away. Restaurants and gas stations are also 5-10 minutes away.
Stamford train station and downtown are 15-20 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away from the house.

About the roomies
We are looking for an easy going, relaxed, easy to live with person to rent out the room for. The other tenants are the same as well. Looking for professionals or students who is clean, friendly, tidy, and knows how to live together with others. This is not a party house please respect that.
