House. garden. covered patio, last house on the street so enough privacy, own room with bathroom 3 entrances sliding doors at 2 and 3 exits. Clean non smoking environment. I have 2 refrigerators if that helps. Room is available from 1st October 2021.

I am a reader, movies, travel etc…quiet in semi retirement, neighbors are reserved, some walking their dogs, otherwise very quiet. Prefer mature females, I live alone, non smoker, non drinker, no drugs, clean living, like an occasional conversation, perhaps share a meal together, I work, keep busy with craft etc…
