The house is older and is in process of some updating. It is in a great neighborhood and near downtown. I can furnish or you can bring your own I provide internet. Cable tv water lights trash off street parking. You have use of the laundry but you supply all of your own supplies,

I’m a gay man age 60 I enjoy a very quiet life . Absolutely no drama!!! I am a easy person to work with on most everything. The exception is my dog’s. They are my children and I will not make any changes to accommodate anyone as to their place in the home. They are my responsibility and I attend to them. They are not allowed in your room. But they have free run of the house. If you don’t like dogs this would not be a good home for you. I don’t care if you drink or smoke because it’s not my business. Over night guest are allowed as long as they are gone the next day . I don’t involve myself in your business and I don’t share my business with others.
