• The room is huge. It’s about 11.5 x 11 feet. On top of that, it has a spacious closet about the size of 60“ x 26“

• Also, the room is not on the street side of the building. So, it’s very quiet!

• Shared kitchen

• Shared bathroom

• In-building laundry (you can either use coins or there is an app!)

• 2 minutes walk to the bus stop (Route 455 that goes from Salem Depot to Wonderland - Blue Line)

• 5 minutes walk to Forest River Park

• Free street parking (Also, the building has a paid parking space for the residents, but currently, there is a waiting list!)

• CCTV surveillance around the building

• No smoking allowed in the building/apartment/room.

• I love dogs & cats, but due to building restrictions and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.

• Note: Before you move in, you have to pay the first month’s rent ($900) + the deposit ($1400) = $2300. The deposit includes last month’s rent ($900) + last month’s utility bills + cleaning fee (if required). I will refund the remaining amount, if any, once you move out.

• IMPORTANT: You must give me at least one month’s notice in writing. So, let’s say you want to move out by the end of February. You have to let me know by January 31st at the very latest.

• ID check, Credit check, and Background check are required. All of these are available on this website. This is for peace of mind for both of us.

• If we finalize everything, then a copy of the government-issued ID is required before you move in. I need to give that to the building manager.

• Would prefer month-to-month lease.
