Must have verifiable income of at least 3X the amount of rent, credit score over 600 & good rental history. Shared Washer & dryer. Must be cat friendly, as I have 4 indoor only cats. Must be able to pass Property Management application/credit check. We are a relaxed, chill household that doesn’t party. We both work full-time & basically keep to ourselves.
