Renting my old room, the flooring is new, closet has mirrors me lots of closet space. And an extra small door storage closet. Located in a good area, 5 min away from fairgrounds and triangle square , 15 min drive to the beach. Parking is first come first serve but shouldn’t be an issue since the street parking is for residents only. Street sweeper comes by Tuesday mornings. We have 2 cute German shepherds in the backyard. This is a 5 Bedroom house, 3 baths. You would have the second largest room with bathroom. Other Roommates work early in the morning so are usually home by late afternoon and stay in their room for the most part so don’t see much of them but they are very easy going,
