Bedroom is one of three on upper level of a four bedroom home. Kitchen, bathroom, and living area shared with two other people. Huge backyard with BBQ and lawn, upstairs has an upper deck with views of Mt Tam. Laundry room has a washer and dryer.
About the roomies
Top floor is shared with two males in early thirties, 9-5ers, easy to get along with and keep the house very clean and tidy. Bottom floor is privately occupied by one couple in same age range. Everyone is easy going and laid back, like to relax and have a good time but no house parties or large groups of guests over at a time. Looking for somebody clean, respectful and equally laid back.
