About the room
Furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom. Very clean home. Property is humble, decent sized back yard with fire pit and BBQ. Property is located next to park and many dirt trails. Room is furnished but can be unfurnished if you wish to furnish it yourself, however, no painting of the walls will be allowed.
About the roomies
It is just me and my yellow lab (she is friendly). I am hard of hearing, but have hearing aides to help keep the noise down. I am organized, clean and very hospitable. I am a working professional, I do not party and prefer to relax. I will require prior references and proof of income to show reliability.
