Roommate wanted - immediate move-in available. Very close to the main CSU campus. Existing tenant is a CSU Biology major and she is very quiet - looking for someone similar. You will have your own queen-sized bedroom, full bath, and there is a clothes washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the Pavilions at Silver Sage - the layout is the “Snowberry” #/. 1125 sqft total - very large!
The unit is on the first floor so there are no stairs to climb. Full kitchen. 420 friendly but no smoking in the apartment please! Ample parking available on-site and there are rental garages that come available.
1 year lease is available (until Dec 2021). $700 per month plus 1/2 utilities.
About the roomies
Katie is a sophomore at CSU in the Natural Sciences (bio) program. She likes cooking - especially baking.
