Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet with shelves, and a private deck in a two-level townhouse-style condo in Ashburn, VA. The room comes with private garage parking.

You will also have access to the shared areas, which is the entire lower level, with a furnished living room and dining area as well as the kitchen.

Laundry and kitchen privileges are included in the rent. Utilities are extra and shared between roommates.

The rate is for one individual. Couples would have a slightly higher rate.

We are currently two people living in the house. White-collar professionals in their 30s and 40s.

We have demanding professional careers, an active lifestyle outside the home, and maintaining a quiet, clean, peaceful, and organized household together.
