You would be moving into the master bedroom, with two regular sized closets and a private bath. Second floor, wide stair case for easy moving. South facing window. Your own heater and control dial. There’s a twin mattress that was here when I moved in, I just left it by the closet in case the next person wants it. 

Green friendly inside, ciggs on the patio. Patio overlooking a greenbelt between buildings. Small storage area on patio. Plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards as current roomie doesn’t have much, or use the kitchen often, so you’ll have it to yourself for the most part. 

If you’re bringing a pet, there’s a deposit, and a $20 monthly pet rent.

I just took the pictures and my room is a little messy right now, so apologies. The room is great though! The white chair and foot stool in the living room are coming with me so you’ll have that space available for your own chair if you have one, or anything else you might want to put there. 

I’m looking for a replacement roommate for myself. I’m moving in with my bf and my current roomie needs someone to move in and take over my portion of rent at the end of December. He’s super chill and has a cat.

Roomie is on the other side of the apartment by the front door. He’s cool and keeps to himself for the most part, we’ve had no drama. He’s neither a neat freak nor a slob, so if you’re laid back, this is the place for you.
