Hi everyone! Thanks for checking out my listing. I have a private room for rent at my new, 4 bedroom home in Costa Mesa. Please note, I am looking for a female roommate. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate couples, pets, or children.

The room will be available April 2nd, 2024. I would like to have someone ideally stay for a 6 month lease or longer. You’ll have the option of renewing after the 6 month lease is over. I require a good credit score and you must be employed full-time.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom (separate sinks/Jack and Jill style) with 1 other female occupant. There is a half bathroom downstairs so a toilet will always be available for use.

Rent is $1,300/mo- includes utilities (gas, electricity, trash, water, and high speed internet). Easy access to the 55 freeway. Washer and dryer in the unit and parking for your car. Kitchen room privileges (light cooking only) and fully furnished downstairs/living room area for you to enjoy. 10 minutes from the beach :)

*Looking for a full-time, quiet, clean, and respectful working professional. We are two young women (age range 26 - 33) looking for a third roommate in a 4 bedroom house. This room is for one person occupancy only. No parties/get togethers/frequent overnight guests please.

If we move forward with the lease agreement, you will need to provide 3 of your most recent pay stubs, a photocopy of your driver’s license (front and back), and a credit report. For move-in, I will need first month’s rent as well as the security deposit.
