Rent includes electricity, water and trash service. Other shared fees that are not included will be prorations for toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent. Includes 1x per month professional house cleaning of the common areas. Option to participate in wireless internet for pro-ration of sonic account (additional shared fee). There are some minor rotating shared chores (but not much).

The unit is a previously updated Victorian (2007) with hardwood and tile floors, granite counters, central heat, on-demand hot water. There is a shared backyard (with lower unit). Prior to COVID-19 the home hosted a Mission Arts & Performance Project event every 60 days on a Saturday night that often goes late into the evening. I intend to resume hosting MAPP every 60 days once safety conditions change (so new co-occupants would need to be agreeable with that).

To stay safe and socially distant, we are conducting interviews with prospective housemates on the front stoop. If interested please email income, current employment and rental history. Once the requested items are received and confirmed, we will schedule the interview.

Credit score is not very important but verifiable income and rental history without any evictions is favored. Rooms can come partially furnished if preferred.

This top floor flat contains 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, two half baths and now has two rooms available for rent at $950 and $1150. Nice backyard shared with lower unit.
