This property has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Nice and quiet neighborhood within few blocks from the beach. I am still in the house with my two teenagers boys and my dog. Our room is upstairs and we are moving in March. The other two rooms will be rented too and the rest of the house is a shared space. $700 per month plus utilities shared by the number of people living in the house. $950 per month for two people sharing the same room. Property has dishwasher, microwave, natural gas and central ac. Hard wood floors, and a sunroom at the front of the house that makes perfect for online delivery. The room is unfurnished, but I have a bed and a dresser if you need.
Room is on the first floor next to the bathroom. Room size is about 15 x 13, it fits a king size bed and two dressers.

I am a middle school teacher, vegan and original from Brazil. I love outdoors and traveling. My boys are very active, but since the pandemic they are most of the time at home . My youngest son (13) is a hockey player, my middle son(15) is an actor/singer. I have a daughter who is married and lives in NC. I love to meet new people and make them to feel home.
