Prefer at least 6 month stay. 625 for bed room with half bath taken. 485 for smaller room is taken. . One woman occupies one bedroom upstairs but will be leaving and rent will be 585. 300 deposit. All utilities included and furnished. Renters agreement and legal binding receipts on all money transactions. Must have transportation. No one with any psychological disorders or disabilities that may hinder a challenge due to liability.Must be mentally and financially stable.No cigarette smoking or cannibis smoking in bedrooms.Smoking during a winter time is reserved in the sunroom with heater.Respectfully for the non-smokers.
