The unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. We would be sharing a bathroom. The bedroom has a big closet with lots of storage space. The closet has mirror doors. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen has a little breakfast bar. There is a lanai. Utilities and wifi/cable are included in the rent price. There is a pool in the building. Street parking only. 6 month lease and move in day between December 15-January 1.
