Hello future housemate! To start, this cozy 5 bedroom house wifi and all utilities included! This house is in a very quiet neighborhood located in Brooklyn Center close to parks, paths, Metro Transit and delicious, authentic restaurants with plenty of off street parking. Open communal, well-kept yard space. Dependent on the room that’s available, it will either be furnished or unfurnished. All rooms have their own locks, and you’ll have access to a shared spacious kitchen with two refrigerators and plenty of cupboard space for your own kitchen ware. There is also counter top appliances for your use. (Pots, pans, utensils and dishes included). Washer & dryer in house.

There is currently only males, a female moved recently to be closer to her husband in a facility. We wish them both all the best, she will be missed! The ages run from 35 - 60. They are very kind and laid back. Everyone is vetted to ensure a peaceful co-existence amongst the communal space. Roomies are expected to keep the common areas neat and clean. (just be a good, respectful housemate). Smoking permitted outdoors only! Hoping to find similar mature male/female with the same qualities and respect for the home and housemates. I look forward to meeting you! We are renting a room w/ some furniture your own bed if you have, with furnished common area and kitchen. We have very limited storage space, so please do not expect to move in additional common area furniture or enough items for a one bedroom or more. Hoarding and overcrowded rooms is not accepted! I will have secure storage for a few plastic Tupperware‘s containers that will stack neatly(same size would help) Once you show interest in this room, expect a text and then a phone call prior to meeting at the property. During these conversations and meetings, we will talk about the house rules and hopefully you feel it’s a good fit for you
