We are on a newly built houses community in East Palmdale area, we are near on 47th street East shopping center in Avenue R, Palmdale Blvd. and Avenue S.

Room for rent WITH or WITHOUT a bed is $900.00 a month with shared bathroom.

Includes: Utilities, WiFi, access to kitchen to cook your food.

We are very nice family, accommodating and very clean. We are looking for a roommate that we can trust.

No drugs at all, and no smoking in the house. And sorry no pets, we have allergies to pollen, dust and dander.

There is a non refundable fee of $50.00 to check the future tenant’s background.

We also, require a deposit of $450.00 AND $900.00 one month rent in advance, a total of $1350.00 a week before move in.
