• Private room, shared bathroom in a 3BR, 2.5 bath condo in Ontario near the Mills and airport
• The room will be unfurnished, but the media stand and TV can remain if needed
• You’d share the bathroom with one roommate
• Full access to kitchen and living areas
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Parking spot available in complex if needed
• Security cameras monitor the entrances to the front door and garage 24/7
• You will rent on a month-to-month basis
• No drugs or smoking allowed inside the unit
• No pets allowed inside the unit
• Income must be at least 2.5x the cost of rent

Application Timeline: (May 17th- June 21st: Accepting applications); (June 22nd-24th: Reviewing applications and scheduling tours); (June 25th-28th: Tours); (July 1st- July 8th: Move-in. You may move in after these dates if needed, but the full cost of July rent will still be due whenever you move in.)
