The house is 2,100 sqtf with 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has had a lot of updates recently including new kitchen, refinished floors, paint and new washer and dryer. I’m offering the room fully furnished. All the beds are brand new, and comfortable. There are 2 shared bathrooms with your own shelf in bathroom closet to keep your toiletries. The bedroom doors are lockable with a key. The rest of the house is shared including a living room, dinning room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. Great area across from the East Norwalk train station and walking distance to multiple restaurants, Deli, convenience stores, gym, etc. walk to water and SONO. luxury apartments were just built across the street, so a very safe location. Everyone in the house is in their mid to late 20’s and professionals. Currently 4 girls. They all pick up after themselves and prefer a clean house. We have a housekeeper that comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas.

Rent is $1,100/month including all utilities, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish and dishwasher detergent, free laundry in basement and high speed 1 gig internet.
