Room is about 190 sq ft with closet, and an AC unit, incl. w/ Wifi & Gas/Electric/Water/heat. If needed, room can also include a full sized bed and dresser.

Neighborhood is immigrant-centric, full of yummy eats, walking distance to art studios, museums, restaurants, laundromats and shopping. It’s 3 walking blocks to Penn Station, 1 block over from Newark Riverwalk/front and 30 mins train to midtown Manhattan.

If you can read this, the room is still available. Room available Sept 1, but can be flexible on move-in date for right candidate. Shared chores and periodic house check-ins are part of space requirements, which is currently free of couples, live-in children, smokers and pets.
