About the room
Location: Excellent location. Equidistant between Ukrainian village and Wicker park. I’ve lived on this street for almost 3 years and I think it’s the best place in Chicago to live. Plenty of well known bars, restaurants, cafes within walking distance.
Room: Private room with a window and huge double closet.
Apartment: In unit washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Very nice shower. Nice fridge with water and ice on the front. Granite counter tops. Furnished common area. False drawer in the bathroom is due to be fixed (broken in photo)
About the roomies
Just me. I’m a laid back 3rd year Med student at Loyola. I like to keep the place clean, but I’m not going to be on your case about it. Pre COVID I used to socialize at bars/breweries/restaurants in the area. I liked to have the occasional weekend get together with friends. Once or twice a year I’ll have a friend visit for a few days. I spend a lot of time in the hospital or studying in my room, so I’m pretty out of the way. I used to be a bartender so I make great cocktails.
