Month to month, short term rental is possible although longer term preferred. One months security deposit required. This is ideal for travel nurses, corporate contractors, or long term as well.

Room for rent in house with working professionals. It’s very quiet here and a very relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen and one and a half baths is shared between you and two others. We are clean but not obsessive. I live here in the house so any concerns can be addressed promptly.

The room is spacious at 12x14ft. It also has a large alcove attached that adds extra room for a small office, storage, etc. It’s the only thing on the second floor of the house so it’s very private. The room is currently occupied until the end of March so don’t mind the mess in some of the pictures. The room was recently updated Fall of 2023.
Full access to the 1GB fiber optic wifi that works excellently. I can put in an ethernet cable if needed. Nice bright windows with black out curtains if needed.

$975/month. One month’s rent for the security deposit. Available 4/1/2024. All utilities are included. The room is currently furnished but you are welcome to bring your own bed, furniture, etc.

Great residential neighborhood. 2000+ sqft single family contemporary home. Large yard and back deck for enjoying the nice weather. There’s a grill on the back deck. Security system. Off street parking in driveway. Modern front loading washer and dryer in very clean condition. Fully furnished shared kitchen with plenty of space, all the necessary appliances and housewares, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Fireplace. 18ft vaulted ceilings in living room. Garden’s in the yard that you are welcome to pick from in season.

Keep in mind we are close enough to Hartford to take the back roads in and avoid highway traffic all together)
