This room is for 1 person working outside of the home. 850 for rent and 50 for cleaning.All utilities are included in the rent .. water, electricity ,internet, purified water ,home security alarm. We share all common areas. The kitchen is full of supplies that is available for everyone . Each renter is given storage space, several shelves in the pantry and refrigerator . No garage storage is available. No smoking or drugs on the property. Also no overnight guests , with exception to an occasional visiting family member or friend for a short from out of state visit . I require first and last months rent with a 200 security fee ( 100 is non refundable cleaning fee) …The room will be available May 3, NOW 2026 . If you are interested I require an off site meeting first , then I will invite you to see the room/house right then . After which, If you want to proceed , you must pass a $40 security background check ( you pay ) , then the process to hold the room begins.. To hold the room I require a deposit for the amount of days we are holding the room for. Examples ($900 Divided by 30: $30 per day ) All funds will be applied to total amount due on move in day . A professional contract will be drafted for both of our mutual protection . Also, we have a California month month lease agreement that will also have to be completed with basic details, copy of your drivers license, etc..call or text so we can schedule a meeting asap because the room is available now there won’t be any waiting time other than the background check which takes a day you could move in in a few days .

We have a Peaceful 3 bedroom home ! Zero drama !! Two very nice and respectful young men rent a room upstairs also They stay in their rooms the house would be yours . I really want kind and thoughtful people to share and create a home with us !
