Wyandotte Drive

Hello, we are looking for one more roommate preferably a student. Price is $600 plus one-third of all utilities. We have a big living room area and a nice kitchen with recently updated appliances. You will have your own shower and bathroom. We are near the corner of south Taft hill road and drake and within walking distance from Safeway. The house is about a 15-20 minute bike ride from campus or a 5 or 6-minute car ride. The room is 10 x 10 with a decent closet and comes with a desk, bed, dresser, desk chair, and curtains. My roommate and I have a no drugs or parties rule. Looking to start renting anytime you want. We are flexible for the duration of the stay short or long term.

I am a student majoring in computer engineering. I enjoy cooking and playing any type of game. I am a quiet person and avoid drama.
