Hey there! The house is in a great neighborhood with parking and centrally located, literally 10-15 minutes away from Balboa Park, downtown, Mission Valley, and North Park.

We have one room available for $1465 on September 1 which is upstairs with more privacy and two closets. It is the largest room, approx 17.5 ft by 17.5 ft (306.25 sq ft). Cable, internet, and pool maintenance are included, but not gas, electricity, water, and sewage. Bills will vary depending on usage. Deposit is one month’s rent.

Common areas include a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and backyard with a pool. Washer and dryer are available in the garage.

The house has a total of four bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is only available for single women, students, young professionals, and must be LGBTQ friendly folks that are COVID-19 vaccinated. Thank you!

One roomie is a teacher with two guinea pigs and will be moving out at the end of Sept and this roomie will not be replaced so there will eventually be 3 total people in the home. The other roomies are an LGBT couple and have a dog. One is in hospitality and customer service with a psychology degree. And the third Roomie works for a PR firm. We’re hoping to have a peaceful no-drama environment with responsible folks that clean up after themselves and take part in a shared cleaning routine for the common areas.
