About the room
Hey there! The house is in a great neighborhood with parking and centrally located, literally 10-15 minutes away from Balboa Park, downtown, Mission Valley, and North Park.
We have two rooms available for one person in a four bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house. The rent is $1,750 for the main bedroom with a half bathroom (13ft x 10.5ft = 136.5 sq ft) and another room that can be used as an office or workout room (9ft x 13ft = 117 sq ft).
Internet, landscaping, and pool maintenance are included, but not gas, electricity, water, and sewage. Bills will vary depending on usage, approx $50-100 per month. Deposit is one month’s rent.
Common areas include a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and backyard with a pool. Washer and dryer are available in the garage.
The rooms are only available for single women, students, young professionals, and must be LGBTQ friendly folks that are COVID-19 vaccinated. Thank you!
About the roomies
There is one roomie with a cat that’s 25 years old and is a dog groomer. The other roomie is 35 years old and a cheese monger. We’re hoping to have a peaceful no-drama environment with responsible folks that clean up after themselves and take part in a shared cleaning routine for the common areas.
