The entire house has grey hardwood floors now including the rooms. It’s $800 including utilities. Great neighborhood built only 10 minutes away from downtown SA. The room is a good space. The bathroom is slightly furnished but feel free to make it how you want, it’s definitely big enough to put storage spaces if needed.
About the roomies
It’s just me and I’m mainly working. I have two dogs & two cats that mainly stay in my room. Pretty big on staying clean in the common areas 😊
