Room for rent near the Tustin Marketplace. The room is 13’x10’ and is furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, bookshelf, and dresser. You will have your own bathroom, use of common areas including kitchen and laundry, a parking spot in the garage, and access to the neighborhood pool. There is space for a home office in a shared space if you prefer it to be separate, or in your room if you prefer it to be private.

It’s a 5 minute walk from a park, tennis courts, and bus stops, and there are 3 plazas within 1 mile with grocery stores and restaurants.

I work as a mechanical engineer from Monday to Friday. I’m very quiet and spend most of my free time on the computer, and on weekends I like to go to museums or play board games.

I’m looking for a renter who is responsible and cleans up after themselves. I’m happy either to hang out, or each do our own thing.

I don’t currently have pets but I plan to get a cat in the nexr few months (summer 2026).
