Rent is $1,000 per month plus share of utilities ($50-70/month estimate). Lease is for 6 months starting 1/1/2021 (date is flexible) with an option to extend to a year.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood and is fully furnished. It includes a finished basement with home theater, screened in patio, and large yard with fire pit.

Owner occupied, I'm the only one living in the residence. I'm a young professional working in the insurance industry, and I also coach college basketball. Would love to become friends with a new roommate. I'm super busy so I'm not there a bunch. I'm laid back and just looking for someone because this house is just too much space for just me.
