Ryan's room

Two bedrooms available on the 2nd floor, both have build in wall shelving and a shared bathroom. Utilities are not included but probably around $100-$150 a month.

First floor has a lot of space for personal use, open kitchen, sun room, living room, entertainment room, full bathroom. Fenced in backyard, nice deck, firepit, garage.

Finished basement has common space and 3rd bedroom that is occupied. Also washer/dryer and open room for potential work out/gym set up.

33 year old professional male, has lived across the country and with many people, easy to get a long with others. Has a dog, fairly active and out and about a lot. Does enjoy cooking and sometimes leaving the dishes till the next morning, but generally pretty good at cleaning up.
