Cole's room

New House, perfect for extended stays such as students, business professionals, healthcare workers, and others. This room is upstairs and features a nice view with a shared bathroom. All utilities are included in addition to ultra high speed wifi, Hulu, and Netflix. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, and backyard with gas grill as well. The house is located in the wonderful, safe, and clean Walsh Ranch Community. An abundance of amenities including walking trails, parks, two pools, swim/kayak pond, and a world class gym are located and included in the neighborhood.

I am the only Roomie in the house. I travel a decent amount for work and will be gone quite a bit.
