About the room

Available April 1, this is the perfect place for University of Miami grad students, medical students, medical residents, traveling nurses, grad students, or other quiet guest. This a spacious, fully-furnished bedroom which features a wall-length closet space and a large, attached private, ensuite bathroom with a full-length mirror and seating at the extra-long vanity. The bed is an extra-long, Tempur-pedic single bed. A mini fridge is in the room. Linens and towels are provided. Wi-fi (1gig) and all other utilities included. You may use the kitchen and share the kitchen ‘fridge. There is a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and is a little neighborhood pocket that is surrounded by Coral Gables and So. Miami. It’s 1.5 miles to South Miami (Baptist) and Larkin Hospitals, and close to Miami Children’s (Nicklaus) and other hospitals. The UM campus is less than a mile away. The house itself is over 4200sf, so there is plenty of breathing space. It’s on 1.3 acres of land with lots of vegetation, so there’s kind of a country-in-the-city feel. The house is a mid-century modern, so if you need new and contemporary, this isn’t the place for you; but if you want a peaceful setting and a casual, country-like environment, this fits the bill. There is plenty of parking in the driveway on the property. Numerous stores, shops, and restaurants, are nearby. I am quiet, and live here. There also are quiet medical or grad students residing here. This is a pleasant environment for a quiet guest.
