I am looking for a quiet responsible person , a professional or hard working person (students are welcome it’s close to Penn State Abington and Temple Ambler campuses) with a steady source of income Room had a single bed . Room is on lower level and the temperature is cool. The House has a washer and dyer, central heat/ air, dishes, all you need is your personal supplies. The house is Smoke free, and low key. Very close to shopping , restaurants and public transportation. Required to move in First month, 2 weeks (last 2 weeks notice) and security deposit. You must pass a background check NO Evictions! Extra room available in a single house. Room is on the lower level. You have access to the lower level den, bedroom, cooking area , Laundry area and full bathroom . You enter thru the back door , ground floor level.
