It is located in a nice area in the city of Winnetka CA. It has one bathroom, balcony and pool. Utilities-Internet included.
The living room area can be easily made as another room but the roommate can choose the bedroom area if preferred-no gender preference. It also has a private parking with an additional monthly fee.

I work in the computer information systems sector - a professional who has worked intensively in the Computer Engineering field but currently only working part time. I’m a mature and respectful person. My hobbies: working out, running and reading. Recently, I have started learning more about Bioscience- (the human body chemistry), which I appreciate in a way because I have learned the interaction of food as energy to exercise- I think ☺☺♥ - and if you know more about this subject- please share it with me!!
