It is 15 minutes from CSUCI; 25 minutes from CLU and 5 minutes away from the Seabee Military based and 8 minutes away from Oxnard College. Room has its own private entrance, giving you privacy. We will share a bathroom as the condo is 1 ½ bathroom. The condo has view of the beach. Access to 2 pools, with heading pool to swim all year long, plus 2 Jacuzzies. Gated community and pay security to monitor the property at all times. Access to parking in the unit as well. Access to washer and dryer Access to electrical car charges in property and contains a discount for living here. Access to small private refrigerator and kitchen. NO PETS ALLOWED or overnight guest One year contract for rent/lease, but prefer the candidate to have the commitment for at least two years commitment. Background check is a must and you are responsible for the fees. Proof of employment is a must or proof of income if student. Utilities are not included, but we will split electric in ½ monthly. Access to internet is 20 dollars. Prefer female roommates Unfurnished room rent is 1255 per month Furnished is 1395 per month. No drugs allowed of any kind in the property. Room available by the 15th of April. If interested and wants to see the room/condo, the viewing will be available by the 10th of April. Mush have a job and not working from home allowed.
