Roommates include Becca and Evan a couple that shares one room with own bathroom so other bathroom and room are private and there is a third bathroom for guests. We are both graduated from college and professionals but sometimes work from home. Our place is a beautiful home centrally located in San Diego, California. It is very close to both the pier and sand and also Garnet St. (the main strip). Sunny Pacific Beach townhome features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, key less entry, and 2 spacious balconies. A short bike ride or walk to beach, bay, Kate Sessions Park, shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Your private room has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and large closet and dresser. Can come furnished or not furnished. We also have a garage for storage or parking and a second parking spot next to garage. Home has a washer/dryer in the garage and water, SDGE, and Internet is included in rent. You can walk or bike to the beach or to the fun restaurants and bars within blocks of the house. Great space to chill out in San Diego and relax on one of our two decks while soaking up some sun. Local grocery stores within walking distance: Trader Joe’s, Vons, and CVS Pharmacy.
