Sunny 3-bedroom Inner Richmond apartment seeks friendly, clean, easy-going housemate for LTR. Our current housemate is relocating to Southern California and we are sad to see him go, but we hope to find someone equally as great who also has friendly vibes, and seeks to enjoy their home life.

Room Available– DECEMBER 16th: -Unfurnished 10X11 room with 1 window looking out to the fire escape. -1 half closet with mirrored sliding doors and shelves. The closet is small, you can also use the hallway coat closet. -Full bathroom with shower/bath combo & skylight, shared with 1 housemate. Apartment/Building: -Classic Inner Richmond-style 3 bedroom apartment in an awesome neighborhood near 3rd & Geary -Very light, bright, open space with living room, dining room, and kitchen on the front side of the house, bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. 2 sets of bay windows in the front and skylight in the hallway. -Large, furnished living room with plenty of seating. -Dining room is furnished with a table seating 4-6, and a small bar. -Large, fully stocked kitchen with a 2-person table, 2 ovens, electric stove top, full size fridge, dishwasher, and toaster oven. We’re not full vegetarians but we don’t cook a lot of meat in our house and ask that’s not a huge part of the kitchen use. -Hallway storage closet, there is space available for suitcases, camping gear, etc. Balcony is accessible from both master bedroom and bedroom #2. Overlooks the backyard, we don’t have access to the backyard by choice of the landlord, but we can access the rooftop. -1 coin-operated washer and dryer in the garage area for the building. -3 units in the building. We’re the top floor unit with skylights in the bathrooms and hallway. The living room, dining room and kitchen get a lot of afternoon sunlight. -There is central heat, it doesn’t work very well. We use space heaters in the bedrooms in winter. No A/C. -No pets allowed. -Street parking. -Nice landlord, stays out of our business and tends to repairs in a timely manner. -Great neighborhood with good public transportation options (38, 33, 44), access to lots of good restaurants & bars that are open during quarantine, grocery stores, and a Sunday farmers market at the end of the block on Clement. Trader Joes, Target, Safeway, GG Park, Presidio all within a mile.

-Cleanliness is a big deal here. We keep a clean house, especially the kitchen, and would love someone who can follow suit – cleaning up after yourself, consideration of others, and handling the basics. We all do our part around here without being asked. We have assigned chores, yours will be the dishwasher. -We are 420 friendly. You don’t have to partake but should be ok with it in the house from time to time. -We like to have guests over at times, host friends and family from out of town, and host small get-togethers, otherwise not a party house. -We have always maintained as much respect and consideration for one another as possible. We openly communicate with each other, passive aggressive behavior doesn’t fly. We keep a peaceful, low-maintenance, friendly, and homey vibe and are looking for someone that wants the same. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA.

Financial Details: -Looking for someone long-term -Month to month lease -Rent is $1,200/month to be paid to roommate 1/master tenant– we use venmo for rent & bills. -Utilities run $30-$60 per person- PG&E/internet. -Deposit is $1,335. -First month’s rent + deposit due upon move in.

Roommates: -Roommate 1: Female, 37, friendly professional/student at SFSU, lived here for 5 years. Is normally out of the house M-F for work/internship/school. Under quarantine is currently working and attending grad school from the dining room. Enjoys music, dancing, reading, outdoors, craft beer, friends, and bad tv.

-Roommate 2: Female, 30, first year law student at USF, living here since August 2020. Normally enjoys long distance running, roller skating, hiking and exploring new places. Currently tucked away in her room trying to survive zoom law school. Has classes M-F although it feels like it’s everyday.
