I am looking to rent my large furnished bedroom and full bath to a responsible, trustworthy, clean, working professional or student. The bedroom has a large armoir with a Smart TV, chest of drawers, bed side table, a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, large window with lots of light. The home is quiet and relaxing, clean and organized, beautifully decorated Mediterranean style. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Wifi, 55“ Smart TV in the family room for your use. Outside area is exotically landscaped which is a beautiful and quiet place to relax, dine, or bbq. The screen room is perfect for coffee in the mornings or dinner while enjoying the beautiful view of my yard. The neighborhhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet, with pools and tennis.

You must be a non-smoker, no drugs or vaping (inside or out), no heavy drinkers, no pets, couples, or children. Must practice good hygiene and keep common areas clean and organized. No over night guests.

Professional references, proof of employment, and background/credit checks required. 1st month’s rent and security deposit due at move in. Will consider month to month.

Friends, neighbors, and co-workers would describe me as an easygoing, kind, down to earth, independent woman. I have no interest in drama or the party scene. I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy being in nature, traveling, being on the water boating, sailing, ocean swims, kayaking, live music and dancing, and exercising at the gym. I typically use my TV in my master bedroom where my office is, so you’ll have lots of privacy. I have no pets, but I am definitely an animal lover.
