The house is approx. 3000 square foot home with a room to rent in a quiet neighborhood in Victorville. The home is walking distance to the park, school and grocery and shopping centers are close by. You will have access to the common areas of the home: living room, family room, dining room, laundry, kitchen, patio and bbq in the backyard and pool in the summer. I do not have pets, I do not allow overnight guests. Smoking/vaping not allowed in house, but outside is okay.

I’m a computer engineer. There are no children in the house although my children come to visit sometimes.
