Mohammad's room

Located in a very quiet an decent neighborhood. The house has two open and bright living rooms, equipped with a a cozy fireplace. There are also a small gym, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The back garden has a modernized patio seating area, with overhead covering. It also has blooming flower shrubs, some citrus trees, and a large hammock. The house has also been upgraded with a fresh coat of paint, new appliances, and has been completely refurnished. You will also get to enjoy a very high speed internet connection (Gigabit internet with the latest technology modem and router). Utilities will be shared between all tenants. Viewings are currently available by appointment.

Currently, the house is occupied only by me, and another roommate. We are both quiet and we keep to ourselves. Cleanliness is a high priority.
