ll have your own private large bedroom with built in closet and direct access to a nice backyard with great patio furniture to lounge on. I

m vegan, very clean and organized, respectful and friendly. There is 1 bathroom to share and I

m good to share it with 1 woman or 1 man ( had women housemates before and it worked very well). You

ll have access to the entire house, cook ( no meat cooking though),there is a very nice front yard where you could lounge in the sun, washer and dryer in the garage,Internet,TV,plenty of street parking in front of the house,very safe neighborhood.It

s 5min from Bart,10 rated schools,Burlingame Ave/Broadway,SFO,Trader Joe

I could facilitate access to a vehicle, when needed, for a small fee as well,just to increase the level of convenience. I don

t have any pets,I don

t smoke or do any drugs and I expect the same. Ok..maybe a little well trained cat could be allowed with an additional security deposit..:).
