About the room
Furnished or unfurnished room in newer house located in a gated community. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Community features pool, spa, exercise equipment and is Freeway, Metro, Space-X and LAX close. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. A single small dog is permitted with additional pet
deposit.
A second option is to rent the Master bedroom in the same house, either furnished or unfurnished. It is a suite with two large closets, a master bath, and a cipher lock. Rent is $1500 per month, with all utilities included. Minimum stay of 6 months.
About the roomies
Two roommates at present, you will be the 3rd. Roommates are male, upper 30’s ethnic Chinese, fluent in English and Mandarin. Owner does not currently reside at the house, but retains one room.
