Hi there,

We are looking for one roommate for a well furnished bedroom with shared bathroom (1 other person) and share this newly renovated and fully furnished luxury townhouse. Available on 6/1/2024.

Location: Close by UBS and EY. 7 min walk to Stamford train station. 15 min walk to downtown and UCONN.

This large bedroom is on the second floor. It has brand new wood floor, one queen size bed and a closet. One computer desk with a chair. A 55 inch Smart TV is mounted on the wall. Parking is also offered.

Amenities: Shared living room; dining room and bar stools; kitchen with additional toaster, air fryer, espresso machine, Kitchen aid mixer, etc.

Brand new LG Washer and drier are attached. Central air and heat. Common area is cleaned monthly. Special filter has been installed due to Covid.

Only two persons will share the second floor which has two bedrooms and one bathroom. An unfurnished basement is available for storage if needed.

Fee: Wifi, water, snow removal, insurance are included. Paper products such as toilet paper and kitchen paper towels are offered. Sanitizing products are offered as well. Shared utility, which is around $60 per month.

No long term commitment. However, $50 cheaper per month if you agree into full year lease.

We are young working professionals in 20s. We are all really clean and quiet. We are looking for someone who’s clean and quiet as well.
