Located across from the Astoria Park and down the block from the East River (the sunsets are to die for). Bars/Restaurants as well as public transportation are a short walk away and the commute into the city is about 20 min. The area is quiet, neighbors are lovely and you can’t beat this price in a posh neighborhood like this.
