Kyle's room

Room for rent in the quiet neighborhood of River Islands. Tenant will have access to the kitchen, home gym, and laundry. The tenant must be ok with the home owners pets. Bathroom is located right outside of the room in the hall. Tenant will be responsible for keeping the bathroom clean at all times. Parking is available on the street or driveway. Laundry room is located on the second floor. Tenant shall not start laundry and leave the home. Tenant will assist with 1/3rd of the utility costs due to high utility costs in the area. The room is located on the first floor near the entrance of the home. No guests allowed, this is non negotiable. No pets. Tenant must respect home owners and personal things. No loud music or loud TV. Limited furnishing is available. We are only looking for a single female tenant. Must have proof of income.

Military family. Very athletic and we love pets. Owners are very private and enjoy that privacy. Owners have 4 Cats and 1 Shih Tzu and 1 Austrian Shepherd that all get along as friends. We have strong values and respect other people and their things. Owners demand respect of their property and respect for privacy.
