You will be staying in the master bedroom. It is clean, bright and spacious. Utilities included with washer and dryer and wifi included. Amenities include dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. A furnished bedroom with a bed, desk, mini fridge, and a closet room provides. 5 min away from Downtown and Umass Lowell. Other amenities include: motion activated security camera and monthly cleaning of common areas. Easy access to highways, close to public transportation and UMass Lowell. This is a smoke free, drug free house and no heavy drinking. Looking for a non-smoker, clean, quiet and responsible roommate. Apologies to pet owners. No pets allowed.
