Beautiful townhouse located at Tradition, PSL.The house has 4 rooms and 3 baths, also has a large community pool. All utilities are included. The subject room is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom and 2nd large refrigerator are shared with my other female roommate. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, small table and chair, 55“ roku tv, etc. and everything as described in the pictures. You can schedule a view any day. No drugs, and non-smoking home. Kitchen and laundry access. The kitchen is full of appliances, utensils, etc. All you need to bring is your spices, food containers, paper towels, laundry supplies, and help with cleaning stuff as needed. I like things to be kept clean and organized. I believe my fee is very reasonable compared to other listings at this location, house access and amenities. Decent credit, background check, references, and proof of income are required.

I am looking for a nice, super clean, organized, and responsible female roommate that will treat my home as her own. I do have another female roommate, we work full time 8-5, I also have a 2 yr old mini golden doodle who is my life. He is lovable, quiet, and well trained. He is a hypoallergenic breed. We are very respectful and very busy. I prefer someone with a full time job like us. No smoking, no drugs of any kind, and no heavy drinking please. I am easy going, like to exercise, listen to music, watch movies, and I also have occasional visits from my college son and other close family members.
