Shelby's room

Hi there. I have a room available in my house for rent. Private room with own bathroom across the hall. All utilities included. Shared spaces - living room, kitchen, large backyard with patio, finished basement. Furniture shown in picture is not current. Room available has queen bed.

I am in my early 20s newer to Georgia and looking for a roommate that is kind and clean but can also be friends. I like to drink wine, cook, bake and I do have a dog (wheaten terrier so does not shed!) he is super sweet and loving.
