1 room available, $1000 if paid before the 1st of every month.
1 person ONLY per room. I enjoy my home being my sanctuary and would like it to remain calm, quiet and peaceful.
The house has been completely remodeled. Brand new kitchen and all new floors throughout. Ample street parking. Washer and dryer in the garage.
Rent includes bills: water, sewer, trash, wi-fi
PG & E is not included. It is split 4 ways between all the roommates. With the way we currently heat and cool the house it is roughly in the range of $50 to$80 a month per person.
No cable
No pets, no exceptions.
No smoking anything indoors. Outside is fine.
6 month lease then month to month for the price listed. No month to month contracts.
About the roomies
Roommate # works as a chef full time
Roommate #2 Works for a fire alarm company. Enjoys playing video games in his room in his free time.
Roommate #3 A teacher aid for a special school near by. He enjoys cooking basic dinner every night but cleans up after himself right away. He is off during the summers but enjoys camping and riding his motorcycle.
Roommate #4 you
We prefer roommates who do light cooking and are social and friendly but can also respect the fact that when people come home from work they may want quite time and space.
We are not in a rush to fill the room. We are looking for the right person for our happy home. Obviously, the world is recovering from pandemic right now, if you are not comfortable living with everyone mentioned above then please do not contact me about the room.
